Cookie Policy

Cookies on this website
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use this website — which pages are read, how people arrive, and where they leave. We use this to improve the site, not to identify you.
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and processes data on our behalf. We do not run advertising cookies, we do not sell or share browsing data, and we have not enabled Google Signals or advertising-personalisation features.
Session recording and heatmaps
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are actually used — where people scroll, what they click, and where a layout causes confusion. Clarity records a reconstruction of your visit, including mouse movement, scrolling and clicks, and sets cookies to recognise a returning session.
Clarity masks text entered into forms by default, so what you type into our enquiry and careers forms is not captured in a recording. We use these recordings only to improve the site, and we do not use them to identify individual visitors.
Essential technology
Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies required to serve and secure the site. These do not identify you personally and cannot be disabled without affecting how the site works.
How to opt out
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, which stops both Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. For Google Analytics specifically, you can also install Google's official Analytics opt-out add-on. Microsoft describes how it handles Clarity data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. The website works normally either way.
If this changes
If we introduce further tracking, we will update this policy before doing so and, where required, ask for your consent first.
